Legal Question in Family Law in India

If there is a case in court of divorce. Petition filed by a lady on her husband for divorce on ground's of cruelty and judicial separation and harassment. wife & husband are christian's and in paper girl is Hindu SC. can she start a new life with a person by convertion in to Islam? Is there any possibility for a girl to start a new life without clearing the case please suggest when a husband is not coming for the mutual concern and divorce is that possible?
