hi i have a case in family court...its almost 3years n meray case ka koye fasla nahi hoya my x husband divorve me 3 years ago from a molvi he send 1,divorce notice jis din idat khtumm hoyee he did a case k i didn't divorce her she lieing ajj 3 saal hhoo gayee i check from all almay deen they all said divorce hoo gye even according to sharyat divorce hoo gyee i have a talaq nama with his sign per still no fasla even abb 3 saal hoo gayee i go to court my x husband dont come to court n in the last hearing court said n took all legal rights from my husband n asked me for jira n gawayee next month kya abb fasla hoo jayee gaa aur still dhakhey khanay paray gay...my x inlaws always come late in court tab judge uth jatii hain n no action taken...kya family court koye fasla karay gyee tu kab tak because wasting my time n money n doing nothing i have a son the Court asked my x hubby to pay maintaince per he never pay n court is not taking action kab tak fasla hoo ga my lawyer is good per still abb kab tak court zalil karay gyee court ki khaak chatni paray gyee baytay hoo lay k..when judge said so k divorce tu hoo chukii hai per still no fasla ...is baat ka kya mutlab hai what judge said last time ( in k my x husband k legal rights khtum hoo gayee hain abb larki ki gawayee lay app wakeel sahab) plz do ans me because 3 saal hoo gaye n no justice yet
