Legal Question in Family Law in India
In case I file for a divorce, I would like to know whats my right to our property bought in joint name.The flat was bought under finance from a bank in my husband's name but all the upfront money and registration cost, furnishing etc was paid through my savings.Its now paid up.we have been married for 15 years.

dear client if u have proofs that u have paid these money then u can claim half share in property by filing suit for partition in civil court. for detail discussion call me
