Legal Question in Family Law in India
This is a case against my mother in law and Father in law who have tortured me mentally in the absence of my husband.
They have no income and we used to send money every month.From last 18 months they are staying with me as my husband had gone to USA for company work.I have a kid of 16 months old and I am working.They tend to use bad languages to me and my parents.
Now my husband is taking myself and my child to his place in USA and they are not happy at all.
Actual this is in the initial stage of harassment.So kindly please suggest me anything in which no action will be taken but the complain will be lodged for future mishaps.

Give an informatory complaint to police and request not to investigate the matter right now.

as you are leaving to US with your husband and kid and you will be not staying with your parents in law any more their arise no need to file any complain but for your satisfaction you may consult a lawyer per se
