Legal Question in Family Law in India

In case of mutual divorce, in the initial petition it is written all are settled between parties , but nothing was done. Later if some mutual properties are transferred to each other, and one mutual property is sold to close the bank loan of wife.. But after that if wife withdraws consent at final hearing, WILL THERE BE A PROBLEM? Not for money , But to save marriage. She needed closing of bank loan since it was difficult to live without any maintenence from husband and huge EMI of loan. Also all the mutual properties bought with wifes loan also. Bank statements can prove it. Please advice.
