while the case is pending in high court,if husband has second marriage.what are the rights to the second wife.

Your query is not clear but if the case is pending and the divorce decree is not granted and the person remarries the marriage will have no legal sanctity.

Second marriage is void and no right till first divorce.
but as per recent judgment, second wife is also entitle for maintenance but if she is not aware about first marriage.
