in my case 2500 Rs per m maintenace in 125 crpc act from the date of file but i am not able to do my mothly incom is 3500pm how to protect itself

you need to prove that your monthly income is not more than 3500. for that you may file an appeal against the order to the higher court. as your yearly income is less than one lac, you may seek help of Legal Services Authority and your cases would be fought free of cost.
