Legal Question in Family Law in India

ccording to the Hindu conjugal life after marrige act of hindu law section 9, if a daughter-in-law is being harassed by the in-laws and husband for any reason , she can come back to her parents' home and apply for legal help. In a parallel manner is there any such provision for a Muslim Lady
