What are the chances of a non-Lebanese woman to recover her children who were abducted by their father to Lebanon?

Dear Madame,

It depends on the circustances of the case.

Basically, you would need to apply for a Court injunction and explain the circustances of the case.

The judge would issue then an injuction to force him to give back the children; but as already mentioned it will depend from the facts.
