Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

What are the charges of making divorce papers?i have a son 2 years old.do i have to file a case for his maintenance and other rights?isnt it possible to solve these matters without a court case?

You can solve matters by mutual consent with husband... Different lawyers have different charges... There is a procedure for divorce other than paper work.. do go for that also to meet the legal requirement.. I dealt a case in Canada on that issue.. For more do contact at [email protected]
