I have been cheated from a guy who promised me to stay with me and now he is not. Can I proceed legally for this?

He is in contact with me now but he is not ready to marry.Everyday im literally dying hard. pls help me

If the sexual favour was procured upon promise of marriage, he can be charged with rape u/s 376 of IPC apart from cheating and breach of trust. Law can not force someone to marry but a criminal case may compel him to marry you. But then you will get him not his love. Rest, you may contact.
