Hello My name is Chetan from Gujarat, India, I am 24 Years Single Guy from Hindu Kadva Patel Family, My Girlfriend is from Hariyana, India, currectly live in Surat, Gujarat. She was married before 5 years, she also has 4 years old baby boy. She has many problem with her husband so want to divorse, after divorse we both can merry ? And after divorse we dont want baby with us, so how can we ? Explain me Procedure to get divorse and merry ?

Baby is too small and in this case the custody should be with the mother only. In case you are ready to accept the mother with the baby, go ahead with the relationship otherwise call it off and do not spoil a little baby's life.
