Legal Question in Family Law in India
***A child born out of legal wedlock.
1) Can a real Biological father of that child have a custody, visitation rights according to Indian Law ?!
2) Are there any provisions for such in Indian Law?!? any section references, citations for Putative Father !?
3) Legal Husband not aware of the facts.

from what I can gather that you are the biological father but not the husband of the women. are you married??
