My son is of 3 years.Court ordered wife to bring my son each saturday for two hour.But child is
very much happy with me and my parents.Eachday he do not wants to go with his mother.To let her
give me more time , can i apply before court ?
1)if i ask him from 10AM to 6 PM each satur day , will court allow ?
2)Is there any limitation of time with the age ?
3)Will u give me any reference order?

the child needs the care of mother too. You can apply to the court for modification of the order and based on the circumstances the court may allow your application.In granting of the custody of the child the welfare of the child is paramount and till 5 yrs of age the mother is given a priority in custody. for further query contact 9312411481
