Want to know child custody law in India under Hindu marriage act....after 5yrs can boy child be snatched away from mother ? I am in dire need to know this...I love my child ..cannot live without him..!

Dear client if father want child then he have to file custody petition in the court. He cannot snach child it is illegal. For any legal help call me on 9422611385

usually after 5 years father can claim his right but it depends upon case to case and your expert advocate.
