Child custody lays with the mother. The child maintenance is paid as a one time expense prior to the divorce of the couple. The former wife has taken the child custody and remarried a year back to a single man.
The child now seeks admission in school hence the mother or the ex wife has requested the documents and details from the biological father.
Is there any governing law to refuse use of biological fathers name? Earlier a passport and birth certificate has been acquired when the ex was divorced and a single mother.
