Want to know Child maintenance amount from father as child girl is living wid mother and age is 1 year old.. Both is in govt job. Father gross salary is 46000 and net is 32000.. father has a personal loan.. and mother salary gross is 30000 and net is 35000..what mother will get maintenance amount from father

Father is equally responsible for maintenance of child. So mother can apply for maintenance of child whether she is earning or not and court will award maintenance for child after taking into consideration the expenses incurred for growth and development of child
