Legal Question in Family Law in India

My child named X was born on 16-05-09 in govt. hospital of my city. The birth certificate was registered and obtained from my city registrar in 2010.

Wife left home and started residing at her parent's house in other city.

In 2012 she got registered the birth of child named Y in her city on the same date of birth using affidavits with false infromation about the place of birth.

Now there exist two birth certificates for same date of birth but different names and different places of birth.

Can I ask my in laws via authorities to present two girls in the court. As there exists the proof of two childeren born at two different places on the same date but with same mother name.

you can inform the police about the filing of the false affidavit and inform the registering authorities where the birth has been registered.send them a legal notice to withdraw the second birth certificate.
