Legal Question in Family Law in India

Im a christian got married in 2008 in 2013 my husband left me when i was pregnant as he was involved with a girls.he is a characterless man he tortured me a lot in my pregnancy he even beat me but i have no proof. We have been living separately since then can i file for divorce i dont want him to claim or meet my son ever what should i do legally please suggest

Dear client if u have proofs of his adultery then u can ask divorce on the ground of adultery. Once his adultery proved in court then court will give u complete custody of child. For any legal help call me
