Legal Question in Family Law in France
Are there any circumstances where a spouse can agree and obtain a divorce in France by writing a letter to the judge agreeing to an amicable divorce and not having to attend the hearing as he is living in Spain whilst the wife is still living in France where they both once resided? Both using the same avocat.
