Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

I am a citizen of Bangladesh. Me and my ex-wife got divorce two years ago. She got married just after 7 days of our divorce as she has affairs with her present husband. I have a son of 5 years; he is living under my custody with my parents. I am a banker and my job is transferable. I have got married 10 days ago and there is a good relation between my present wife and my kid. I am planning to shift them hereto me immediately. But my ex wife, after two years asking me to get the custody of my son and sent me a legal notice in this regard. I am doing everything for my son and I got married considering the proper care and welfare of him. I don�t want to give the custody of my son to my ex wife who live desperately and my son is never safe to her. What should I do now?

Just now you should make a strong reply to that legal notice. You should also get ready for legal fight by arranging all necessary documents as your lawyer suggests.
