Legal Question in Family Law in India

A civil case is filed against Mr X. But he goes abroad without informing his address. hence summons could not be issued to him for more than a year. how to bring him to legalnet?

Under the code of Civil Procedure you need to serve X at his last known address. Your second option is to serve through newspaper classified ad, under the rule of substituted service under order V Rule 20 CPC
