From when can I claim Alumni. Is it from the date of passing the divorce order of is it from the date of date of filing divorce case? I had filed divorce on 2008 and the court has granted order in 2010. Now I am planning to file execution as my ex has not paid any alumni which was present in court order. Pls help me know from when can I file execution from 2008 or 2010?

check the order the alimony is always from the date of filing the case.
