in case the property belonged to father and he died intestate, the mother has no right to execute a will of the entire property. the daughter can claim her share in the property.

If mother was absolute owner of the property in her hands, she may be entitled to execute a will excluding inheritance to her daughter; however, the will itself may be doubted; and she may file a suit challenging the validity of will. Therefore, the matter may be finally adjudicated only in courts.
