Legal Question in Family Law in India
How can I get the clear picture & facts of my husbands property and other monetary holdings in his family, in case, if he has not disclosed anything regarding his property or his earnings so far to me since the time of marriage.
Is there any legal way or do I have to appoint any advocate where in he will be under obligation to disclose all his property related matters so that I can have a written proof about my share in it as a wife or to have a fair settlement in case of any disputes in our marriage.
Please advice.

You don' have any property rights. You have the right of maintenance and for that yo may file the petition. His property and assets can only add to the maintenance amount to some extent. If u can search, its ok. Otherwise, court will direct him to submit ITR. He is under no obligation to disclose his property to u.

In case this matter is not in the court, you cannot compel your husband to disclose the assets in case their is a litigation pending your husband will be compelled by the court orders
