my client a mother of four year child declare that her child was born with some dieases and she made his treatment and produced medical papers availabe to her,but her husbund who had taken childs custody had produced a certificate of doctor that the child is fit i am fighting for the coustody of child for mother which type of question can i asked to the doctor who declare child fit in cross examination

you need to ask him on what basis he gave the certificate did he conduct any clinical test on the child if yes what are the test conducted??on what basis did he eliminate the disease. research on the ailment and the treatment .
