Legal Question in Family Law in

i had done complaint in women cell about my husband and in-laws,our mediation is going in parliament street mediation cell.but i think it not going to work,i have to do fir in future.i just wanna know i need to have private lawyer to handle for my case or govt. lawyer will be provided to me by court.

You have both the options. If you can afford a private lawyer, that may be better. You may also need to pursue your remedies under the Domestic Violence Act.
