I have completed 3 yrs for marriage, I have one baby, my husband is always tourcher me mentally . Eoh mujh par haat bhi uttate hai, jab se shaadi hui thi tab se hi mujse baat karna pasand nahi karte, pata nahi inke parents bhi ab mujhe ulta seedha bolneblag gaye hai, mai divorce chite hu, sare property mere sas or sasur k name par hai, kya mujhe or mere baby ko property mai partion milega???? Pls advice me

Dear client first file dowry harassment complaint with police under sec 498 a against husband and in laws. Then file domestic violence case for mental harassment. File divorce on the ground of cruelty. U can ask share in property for yr kid. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
