Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am in a complicated situation, been married for 20 years 2 daughters aged 16 & 11, separated from my husband who habitually has been walking out on me and children for 14 years now and the main reason for this is because of his financial indiscipline and minimal contribution to run the family from 20 years. This minimal contribution is inspite he being a central government employee at a Sr.Manager Cadre, he also being a sports person (that's how he got his employment 23 years ago), he also being from a wealthy family with family business (my Father in law passed away 17 years ago and the business and lands are now being held by my 2 brother-in-laws who are elder to my husband). I have been working private jobs to run the family as he claims he has loans and his salary is not sufficient and since ours was a love marriage approved by my husbands parents but not supported by my family, I had no-where to go but to support myself and my husband. Now at the age of 45 with 2 daughters and his constant violence, desreting me and children also came to know 7 years ago that he is being having affairs. I have decided to leave my husband. He refuses to give me maintenance as I am working, his family (all of his 2 bothers and my mother-in-law refuse to give the rightful share to my me and my children, my suspicion is that either my husband is in collusion with his brothers or he also being pinned down as he now doesnt have a social face to claim the property share. Keeping in mind all the above complications please advise what legal options I have as a women seeking divorce, maintenance and rightful share in the property. Note: I work in private companies to keep my expenses going, my job is not a secure job. I have tried explaining the problem as briefly as possible but if there are more questions to be asked and answered to provide please do ask. My email ID is [email protected]. Thanking you in anticipation.
