Legal Question in Family Law in India

To The Concern,

I am residing in Delhi a single women...my brothers wife who is is not staying with us for last 2.5 years.. is threatening to file 498A against my brother (who is residing out of India) and remaining family . Maintenance case is already going on in the court, it is only my mother and me here.

I want to move abroad and settle. My query is does the FIR in which myself and my mother (a widow) name is there will effect my visa application?

you also complaint to police station against of you threat like 498a.you can also approach to court for threat
