what should be done in further. if these conditions are apllying on a couple.
1-lady is govt servant and handicap.
2-man is also central employee. (SC)
3-both made iner caste marriage in jan 2012.
4- during full pregnancy, she serving's with parent in their own distt. apart from her husband.out of station from her office,
5-where she borned a baby and baby has been expired after 3 days of born. and she dint take death or birth certificate.
6-then she filed a case against her husband under home violence act and dowry act in their won distt. on living medical leave granted from her office.
7-her husband also filed a case under section 9.
8-till this date both of them are not living under one roof.
what would be paid from her husband. and other whatever you know.thanks

Whether Domestic Violence case will succeed or not can only be said after seeing the whole facts. As far as maintenance is concerned, if the wife is still in employment, she can't claim any maintenance if there is not much difference in salaries of husband and wife. Otherwise, she is entitled.
