under what conditions wife loses her rights of maintenance? wife aksing separate home which husband can not afford and on this basis wife left husband home and filed suit for maintenance. husband stance is that if she comes back and join her matrimonial obligation he will maintain her but wife is not coming in that house and insisting independent house. what to do
