In connection with my daughter's problems from her father in law and his second wife, we are sick of the injustice meted out to us from the police and the system. However, since our case is still strong, we like to go for quashing of the FIR against us in high court. Kindly guide us on the following questions:
1. How much time the quashing may take to get the results and the modum operandi.
2. What is the starting point for filing of quashing the FIR against us.
3. what does "Criminal Proceedings" mean. Does 322, 324, 506, 355 against us result in refusal of passport or foreign travel. We got the bail without any questions from the judge with smiles declaring the sections as family fight.
