In connection with my previous question on 4.4.15 my friends wife is enjoying benefits of compromise by buying a flat and enjoying with 25 lakhs which she got as out of court payment of permanent t alimony.
Can my friend file contempt of court against his wife as she does not appeared for seconomic motion of mcd so that he may be sanctioned divorce decree by court
He sufeed so much and he desperately needs divorce
