Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
I am contesting my case myself. the case is return of dowry articles from my wife. they have submitted receipts but no body is appearing in court for cross examination. Its been one and half year that case is pending at cross examination stage from petitioner. can i submit a simple application on simple paper in court to have urgent hearing and dispose the case in 2 montsh time or I have to go to session court for this?
