Can anyone help us correctly in understanding difference in asking maintenance under sec 24 / 125 OR DV? I had filed maintenance for self and my child under sec 24. My counsel now advising to file 125 bz as per him maintenance for child is not granted in sec 24. Is it true? If i file both sec 24 and 125 then i can get monthly maintenance from both sections simultaneously for self and child? I am not working at present though i was working when i filed sec 24.

Dear client maintenance under sec 24 or in dv is temporary maintenance. It will end as case end. So donot file maintenance under sec 125 of c r pc right now. For proper discussion call me on 9422611385 or 8446247808
