A couple both hindus married,under hindu marriage act. then both got belief in islam.
they get converted to islam and got their names changed.The husband working, got transfered to another place and fell in love with a muslimgirl.the first wife objected this.the husband pronounced triple talaq, and then marries the other girl.The first wife files case under IPC494. the husband seeks a writ to dismiss. What is the solution?

Appoint an expert lawyer, he will handle everything and Talaq is not valid.

marriage was as per Hindu law , so divorce can be taken only by Hindu law

after conversion,they are re-marriage, it(talaq) is apply,otherwise , hindu law will be apply.
