there are one couple who made their will. before will all land and property was on the name of husband. in will he and she both made will and distribute all their land and property in two sons. after made will husband was died.

questions.

1. wife can change that will or not

2. in will there is agriculture land and that also according to will distribute in both sons. so now mutation is pending because that land was on name of husband. so now mutation will be fill on the name of two sons or wife and two sons.

3. suppose mutation will be fill on name of mother and both sons and in future mother can make again her will beacause she getting 3rd part of agri. land.
