A couple were married after 2 yrs husband cheated and he married another women he has got 1 kid . now its almost 13yrs now .he vanished now wife wants to get married she didnot get divorce.

Your question is not clear. Please explain if it is the first wife or the second wife who is wanting divorce; and since then the husband is out of her life.
you have to file case of bigamy or ask your husband to give mutual divorce to you.

You have stated that he has vanished. What do you mean? You do not know his whereabouts? If you have not seen or heard about your husband for more then 7 years - you can get a declaration that he is dead - and marry again.
