Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

After court decision in favor of my daughter in Khula case we have also received certificate from union councel, now still it is possible to remarriage with the same person?

dear Khullah is talaq e rajai i.e. one divorce and after certificate and iddat its absolute but its a decision of court not talaq.

so even after that any time she can re marry with ex husband without halala.
