when the court order for the notice in a divorce matter to the respondent and the notice was recived back with the remark " that the person left this addres" and the petition was disimissed in default due to non presece of the petitioner after this petitioner filed another petition for divorce but she mention in the fresh petition that she never filed a divorce petition before this. is it ground for filing a application u/s 340 crpc
what is the groung for dismissel for the application u/s 340 crpc in india

yes, it is a ground for 340 cr pc. You may apply immediately for amendment. You may have a defense if there were different lawyer in two cases

no, this is no ground for filing 340...mere concealment of a fact does not amount to perjury.
