Legal Question in Family Law in
Court ordered it as false 498A. Petitioner gone for higher appeal in the same juridication/court/place against the order. (Permission not yet granted by the h'rable court and still pending before the h'rable court of law)
Meanwhile the petitioner has filed for maintenance case in an another court of different place to harass us.
How to get it transferred to the original place/court/ jurisdiction.
(Note: Marriage and filing of false 498A case is in the same place/court/ jurisdiction.
Please suggest and advice on this issue.

Your facts are incomplete. A petition for transfer of case from one court to another within the same State may be filed before the High Court; and transfer of case from courts in one State to another State may be filed before the Supreme Court.
