Legal Question in Family Law in India

Me and my first cousin are hindus from Kerala, India. We want to get married, but from my research it seems it wouldn’t be possible, even under the special marriage act. We do not have such customs either.

I was wondering if signing an affidavit saying we are atheists, would help us enforce a different law , that i am not aware of.

If not would it be an issue if me and my cousin live together, without us being married.

We have decided we do not want kids, and if we do wish to raise children in the future , we will adopt. Please let me know if this is possible aswell.

If in india is not possible at all, then can we get married in a foreign country where our marriage is valid and legal?

Would it be recognized and accepted by indian gov?

as per Hindu law, your marriage is within the prohibited degrees. In case you seek a declaration being atheists or there is a change of religion of both, then there may be a possibility. But it is not advisable to go for it.
