i got the custody of my son through courts in 2013 now child is 14 years of age the problem is that the name written on custody paper is different and school name is different although mothers name fathers name and date of birth are same i am facing difficulties in school papers what to do

file an application in the court for correction of name in the custody petition and certificate.
