Legal Question in Family Law in India
Can I take the custody of my 3 year old kid .We are not divorced but staying separately.
My wife family is blackmailig us and they know that i love my kid a lot. They want me to follow their daugter since my kid is under their custody.
They are frequently calling me , making my kid to speak and then disconnecting(emotional blackmailing)
What can be done ?
