Legal Question in Family Law in India

My dad & mom abandoned me with my maternal grandmom when I was 3 months old.They did not contribute emotionally or financially towards my upbringing, well being & education. It was all borne by my aunt.
Later stage ~ 20 yrs ago, mom & dad separated.My mom had suffered as he was abusive and was cheating on her. My brother and sister did not even have a proper education under him and both are dropouts due to his treachery.
Mom recently passed away. Since then dad has returned and is demanding I take care of him and all his expenses. When confronted, he doesn't have even the least sense of shame or remorse.
And he has also threatened and sent me a legal notice citing application of CrPC 125. With a legal counsel i responded and he backed off then.
Now again he has started to send me SMS and demanding the same as before, additionally portraying himself as a victim of my cruelty and is threatening to defame me. My brother and sister have sided with him as he is sitting on my (paternal)grandfather's property.
I want to enforce accountability on him and make him seek redemption. Hence seeking advise.

you can seek restraint orders against him under DV Act and you can also take appropriate steps towards seeking a share in the joint property.
