Legal Question in Family Law in India

I want to ask that as my dad has taken money from people in the market and their is no proof with us and them that my dad has taken money. Now dad is expire and people are coming to take that money for which they dont have any proof.. Relations and dad's friends are forcing us to take money.. Now what i and my mom should do.?? We should give or not..???

Dear client if they donot have proofs then deny for giving the money. If they come again and again then u can file complaint against them. For any legal help call me
