Legal Question in Family Law in India

From the date of marriage 8months i ve been very much harassed by her.i cant neglet her cruelty anymore.she wants to over control on me and needs separation from my old parents which i disagree due to which friction occurs every single day and she is very unstable and creating a hell lot of tension.she is not been able to compromise any situation.

I ve lost my harmony.i want everyone together and i know she wont change.pls help me get divorce at any cost from my revengeful wife with minimum hassle.

I also want to know what are her powers against me if i file a divorce case.

you can approach the court and file a case for divorce on the ground of cruelty.Your wife can claim maintainance from you and also file a petition under the DV act and 498A. for further clarifications contact 9312411481.

u can file divorce after completion of one year of marriage.If she file any case against u then u can defend ur self
