My daughter aged 34years after mediation through supreme court got rs.1 crore & 50 lacs form her husband in lieu of divorce on mutual consent last year but after that she is forcefully staying in my house and availing all my facilities free.she abuses and threatens me daily asking me to leave the house for her or provide her similar house.i am a retired govt. servant totally dependant on my pension and the house is purchased by me from my salary.please let me know the way to evict my daughter from my house.due to her presence in my house any criminality can happen to me.
