My daughter was born in US, so she is a US citizen. I am in US on a work visa. My wife took my kid to india and is not returning. She threatens to keep my kid away and not show her to me at all. How should I proceed?

Neither US laws nor Indian laws deprive a father of the natural love and affection of his children. You may initiate proceedings in the US as well as India. It is advisable to file a custody petition and also seek visitation rights in the present scenario.
